Good corporate citizenship has always been an essential part of BOK Financial. It is one of the key values
in our company mission: "We are committed to the communities we serve." We are motivated to improve the quality
of life in the communities where we do business because we believe the most successful companies are the ones
that are the most active in providing their support. Our sustained involvement and long-term investments in our
communities are important elements of our culture and an integral part of the way we do business. We believe
that helping the community also helps the stakeholders in BOK Financial - employees, shareholders and customers.
We continue to fulfill our commitment to good citizenship through cash, in-kind and by contributing the expertise
of our employees. We support programs that encourage the charitable generosity and volunteer spirit of our employees.
