The Accelerated Career Track is a program designed to attract high-caliber college graduates, assist with their transition from college to working life, and then jump-start their career with BOK Financial. ACT candidates should exhibit initiative, responsibility, and leadership. They should also possess strong interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities.

In fact, many of our current leaders are graduates of the ACT program. The Accelerated Career Track allows BOK Financial to prepare for its future by ensuring that the people who will be leading us have the vision and skills to succeed.
