This is a six to nine month management development program for sales-oriented, self-motivated college graduates interested in a professional career within the retail financial services industry. After completing training, you will begin work within the retail branch management organization where leadership, professionalism, and strong interpersonal and communications skills will lead to an accelerated career path at BOK Financial.

Branch Manager

This is a management opportunity within our 170 plus-location branch network. This program will put you on the fast track to becoming a branch manager responsible for all aspects of your location. These responsibilities include goal attainment, personnel management, budget planning, marketing, and customer service.

During your training, you will become familiar with various marketing and consumer business functions within BOK Financial. Opportunities and locations in management are available throughout BOK Financial's extensive, multi-state branch network.

This is an ideal position for a person with a bachelor's degree in marketing, management, finance, or other business related field. A GPA of 3.2 is required. This training program will include a variety of areas:

• Traditional and Instore Branch Training
• Sales and Leadership Training
• Express Bank/Call Center
• Product Development
• Branch Promotion and Marketing
• Central Loan Underwriting

Your training will include classroom training sessions, on-the-job training, computer based training, self-study assignments, and the assignment of a mentor. Following the successful completion of the development program, you will be rewarded with placement in a management position within one of our branches.
