subsidiary of BOk Financial Corporation. BOk Financial Corporation is headquartered in
Tulsa, Oklahoma, and operates banks and related financial services businesses throughout
the Southwest. BOSC offers NetExchange Client through a relationship with Pershing, a

and began offering such services to investors in 1988.
What quality of trade execution can clients expect from
NetExchange Client?
NetExchange Client provides the highest quality of trade execution available in the
investment business today. Our clearing firm, the Pershing Division of Donaldson, Lufkin
& Jenrette, was chosen specifically for its trade execution expertise. Donaldson,
Lufkin & Jenrette currently handles over 10% of the daily volume of the New York Stock

What makes NetExchange Client special?
Computers and the Internet have revolutionized the way we send, receive, and
analyze information. NetExchange Client brings the easy access of the Internet to your
personal financial services, giving you greater control, convenience, and cost savings.
And, by combining your investments and banking services within one organization, you can
save time and better coordinate ALL of your financial needs.
Encryption
Encryption helps protect your private information by scrambling it so that it cannot be
intercepted and read by anyone else. When you visit a site that requires encryption, your
browser will display a key or a lock. If you are not in a secure area, the key or lock
will be broken.
NetExchange Client requires the use of a browser with 128-bit encryption which is the
strongest form generally used on the internet today.
For Microsoft browsers: To check your level of encryption, go to the "File"
menu, select "Properties", and then select "Security." Another way is
to select "Help" then "About Internet Explorer."
If you are currently using a browser with 40-bit encryption, you will need to upgrade
by downloading a Microsoft browser
that provides 128-bit encryption.
What should I know before I begin investing?
Before placing your first trade, we recommend placing a practice trade in the
Investing Demo section of NetExchange Client. You can enter the investing demo by clicking
on the "Investing Demo" button located on the Home Page BEFORE you login. If you
have already logged into your account, select Logout and then select the "Investing
Demo" button to view a practice trade. Because our investing demo mirrors the real
thing, you can simulate an actual trade without risking any money.
