E-mail and Online Fraud
If you suspect you have received a fraudulent e-mail that appears to be from Bank of Arizona, please forward it to us immediately at bazonlinefraud@bokf.com. This e-mail address is designed to handle only messages related to reporting suspected e-mail or online fraud (i.e. phishing scams).
If you have specific questions related to fraud or have any other bank related questions, please click here to e-mail us your question and we will respond to you within 24 business hours.
Note: Please do not change or retype the subject line. Doing so will make it more difficult for us to investigate. After forwarding the e-mail to us, please delete it from your inbox.
If you believe you have provided any personal information online in response to a fraudulent e-mail, immediately call ExpressBank at 1-866-492-1339.
Please know these fraudulent e-mails were not sent by Bank of Arizona. When you report fraudulent e-mails that appear to be from Bank of Arizona but were not sent by us, we work closely with law enforcement agencies to investigate them. If you would like, you may want to forward this e-mail to the Federal Trade Commission at spam@uce.gov or contact them at 1-877-IDTHEFT.
